Please stay after the 10 AM Worship Service for the Contemplative Prayer Forums led by Jeff Underwood.  These forums will be in the St Mark’s Campus Parish Hall after the 10 AM Sunday Worship Service and led by Jeff Underwood.  On May 3 Jeff will start a series of forums on contemplative prayer.  The first forum will provide background and introduce centering prayer.  The second forum on May 10 will discuss how contemplative prayer narrows the gap we feel between ourselves and God.  On May 24, the third forum will introduce scripture based contemplative prayer.  On May 17, everyone is welcome to join in a discussion of their experience of contemplative prayer.  PDF handouts will be available at the forums.  The handout for the May 3 forum can be downloaded using the button below.

Plan for a wonderful weekend of relaxation, reflection, and fellowship at Shrine Mont in Orkney Springs, VA. Cost for the weekend includes two nights lodging, two dinners, two lunches, two breakfasts, and FUN. (Costs are listed below.)

Reminder that this is not a high tea and not a luncheon.  For a successful tea, please consider being part of the planning committee as well as a volunteer to help with food and cleanup. 

On All Saints Sunday, we light candles to remember the faithful who have died over the past year.  This service also includes Baptism Renewal Vows and sermon from Rev. Jon Scarffe.  This is a traditional service which began 2022.

On Christ the King Sunday, the parishioners' pledges received during the Stewardship Campaign are placed in a netted package tied with ribbon and are blessed with a special prayer from the Rector.

Join us for our traditional Christmas Eve service with Silent Night sung by candlelight. 

On Christmas Morning in our PJs, we will celebrate Christmas virtually.

The Christmas Morning service will follow the Morning Prayer tradition using the Daily Office Morning Prayer ZOOM link.

Good Friday Liturgy followed by Stations of the Cross at noon.  The sanctuary will be open from noon to 3 pm to walk the Stations of the Cross or for quiet contemplation, and 2) Tenebrae at 7:30 pm.

Begin Holy Saturday with a short devotion at 9:15 AM at St. Mark's Campus followed by decorating of the church for Easter.
