Outreach ministry is the practice of looking beyond yourself to the people around you and sharing the love of Christ as you serve others.


Each Sunday our parishioners donate to the food pantries of our outreach partners. 

Join us each Sunday or for specific outreach initiatives.

We support our community along the Route 1 corridor and the Franconia/Kingstowne area through our Outreach Partners: United Community, Koinonia and Rising Hope.

We collect food donations to support United Community and Koinonia.  We also collect Baby Formula, diapers and baby wipes to support Rising Hope.  All donations can be taken directly to United Community, Koinonia or Rising Hope.

Alternatively, you can bring those donations to the church at the St. Mark's Campus on Sunday.

In addition to our outreach partners, we are the charter organization for Scouting America Troop #4077 and Pack #4077.  We participate in their annual food drive "Scouting For Food", generally held early November.  Please reach out to the scouts to join!  Click on CUB SCOUTS image below.

Another outreach initiative is our community garden at the St. Mark's campus located at 6744 S. Kings Hwy, Alexandria VA 22306.  Plots are rented out by church and community members.  Click FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT image below.
